Follow The Steps
1.Uninstall BSNL 3g connecting software from control panel do not uninstall drivers ( HSDPA drivers are installed separately and do not touchthem just uninstall software named bsnl3g in control panel)
2.Download and Install V-Cell its a software just like BSNL 3g connecting software
3. Insert any Sim card with data plan and enjoy surfing
